Have no regrets - hire a professional to assist you with the planning or for directing the day of the event. We can be involved as little or as much as you'd like. Pricing is based on services, location, guest count, date and set-up requirements which we will discuss at our initial meeting either in person or via phone. At that time we will then provide a proposal with the fee for service.
For weddings, we charge a flat fee that includes a coordinator and an assistant -if needed- depending on the set-up. We charge by the hour for coordination for other special events. To view a description of services for weddings, Click Here.
