Dear Mrs. Provencio,

The best indicator for an effective wedding coordinator is the perception of transparency of orchestration. If it were not for your intermittent questioning of Pamela's and my emotional handling of the event, I would not have known that you were present. While this statement appears negative, please re-read it. It is the highest complement that we can bestow on you. You handled our event with a level of professionalism that is quite rare. We shudder to think how our event would have fared if it were not for your continual perfectionism.

We are still amazed about the number of hours that you devoted to our event. From our initial meetings to plan logistics, to procurement of materials, to ensuring vendor arrangements, we quickly ascertained your commitment to perfection and desire to ensure a tightly run event. If you ever decide to leave the wedding event business, we are sure that you would fair well as a corporate speaker, speaking on process improvement and logistical planning. While your business savvy is amazing, your creative acumen is even more astonishing. Martha Stewart has a true competitor! Prior to our wedding, our parents had made the comment that "people will remember the little things." We have found that to be true. Luckily, you covered every detail for us. From arranging our floral arrangements, to the centerpieces, to the wine charms, and the wedding ornament-signing idea, our wedding had a multitude of "frills" that added the defining touch that made our event memorable for many. Your actions were not unnoticed. Several people commented about a "certain female who constantly was running around the event and ensured that nothing went wrong." We are sure that this person was you. Several wedding participants expressed their praise for your efforts, and several asked us for your card for their own events. Please do not hesitate to use us as a reference. We will relish the opportunity to praise your professionalism and effectiveness as a wedding/event coordinator. We hope that we can use your service in the future - event planning, not a wedding!
