In our experience, the following are the levels of service that are requested the most, but we can create a custom suite of service that will accommodate your needs and budget. A detailed description for the suite of services will be provided at the introductory meeting, depending on which level you are interested in.

Á La Carte

If you would like to plan the details of your event yourself, but would like a professional to answer your questions, point you in the right direction or give advice and suggestions, or provide professional vendor recommendations, we are available on an hourly basis.

Day Of Director/Coordinator

This level offers limited communiqué and "day of" coordination. For the couple that has already taken care of the wedding planning and wedding day schedule themselves. But would like the reassurance that they have a coordinator to assist with the rehearsal and/or execution of the set-up of the ceremony and/or reception. Note and FYI: Professional wedding coordinators agree that there truly is no such thing as just "day of" coordinating for an event as monumental as a wedding. At times, this type of service can actually be more work and stress for a WC since we have not been involved in the planning process yet the execution and success still lies with us. Therefore, we require the client to provide detailed information on all aspects of their event.

Month Of Coordinator

This level offers "month of" coordination for the couple that has already taken care of the wedding planning themselves, but would like to ensure that all the hours they have invested in the planning will be an organized and successful day. Includes communiqué from two months out from the wedding date, a detailed wedding day schedule, vendor confirmations and vendor referrals for those not yet secured. Includes Day Of Services.

Partial Planning

This level of service is designed for the couple that wants to handle most or all of the details, but would like to have a consultant available to assist them (via phone or e-mail) throughout the planning process. They would also like to save time and the hassle of locating and researching qualified vendors that match their style and budget.

Full Planning

If you need a professional to handle all the details of an event, from finding the perfect event venue down to locating the right shade of ribbon, schedule an appointment with us.
